Prenatal Yoga

With both active and gentle elements, you will be lead through accessible yoga postures that are appropriate through all stages of pregnancy. The class will focus on building strength, endurance and flexibility while also providing elements of rest and space to connect to your inner power as a mother. Aspects of class will include movements, stretches, breathwork and affirmations for labor/birth preparation.

Pelvic Floor Yoga

Are you postpartum or struggling with pelvic pain, incontinence, irritable bladder, menstrual dysfunction, infertility, constipation or chronic stress? Learn to deepen your connection to your pelvic floor and address imbalances with this intuitive yoga practice. Classes will include mindfulness, breathwork, pelvic floor relaxation techniques, stretching and intuitive strengthening to improve your pelvic floor function & find balance.

Postpartum/Mommy & Me Yoga

6 week class series coming this summer! A perfect opportunity to gently move & stretch your postpartum body, while also connecting to your newest little love. Newborns to 1 year welcome. & if your baby wants to nap in their carseat during this hour, enjoy the class for you!

A fun, interactive yoga class for the littlest yogis & their mom/caregiver! Connect with your toddler through breath & calming mindfulness practices. We’ll practice poses together, stretch, play & dance.
