Amy Aronson is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a speciality in obstetrics and pelvic health. She has a huge passion for perinatal wellness, childbirth preparation and pelvic health. One of her greatest passions in this life is to empower women for a positive pregnancy, birth & postpartum experience. She opened this space after giving birth to her son in 2022, where she realized first hand how important it is to have resources, community and support throughout this monumental time in your life. Having a baby changes you in so many ways! Amy’s goal is to expand and improve care to the mother before, during and after childbirth. She wants to level up the field of women’s health and normalize radical self-care during this transformative time in your life. Amy would love the opportunity to work with you!

Autumn Terwilliger, DPT
Physical Therapist
Autumn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in women's health, pregnancy and postpartum. She has recently undergone advanced training in fertility wellness, and is looking forward to serving the Rochester community with this practice. As a whole, Autumn believes that the pelvic health population is widely underserved, and she finds so much joy and fulfillment working with these individuals.
While she has been interested in pelvic health since she was a student at Ithaca College, it was Autumns own birth experience that further cemented her passion for all aspects of obstetrics care. The pre and postpartum periods are so intimate and cathartic, and she feels so honored to be able to play a role in these journeys. Autumn understands first-hand the importance in surrounding oneself with a supportive, nurturing and attentive environment.
