Why Our Yoga Is Different

Our yoga offerings are designed with intention—every class is trauma-informed, body-affirming, and rooted in our mission to support individuals through all seasons of life. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, or seeking pelvic floor support, there's space for you here.

All of our classes are offered in 6-week series formats, with the flexibility to join the full series or drop in as your schedule allows. Each series is taught by experienced, compassionate instructors who create a safe and welcoming environment for all bodies and all experience levels.

WEEKLY CLASS OFFERINGS

    Open Level Yoga

    Tuesdays 5pm with Amy

    With both active and gentle elements, this is an accessible yoga class for all levels & bodies. You can expect an intentional blend of mindfulness, slow flow and deep relaxation. This class is pre & postnatal friendly.

    Prenatal Yoga + Strength

    Wednesdays 5:30pm with Samantha

    Fridays 8:00am with Amy

    This series is to support expecting mothers with a safe and mindful blend of yoga, breath work, and functional strength-based exercise to guide women throughout all three trimesters toward feeling strong, healthy, and prepared for the mental and physical demands of labor and life as a mother.

    Postpartum Yoga

    Thursdays 12:30pm with Amy

    A gentle and intentional class perfect for all stages of postpartum healing. Release tension in the body, rebuild strength in your core, and deepen your connection to yourself. Come as you are, mama.

    While it's encouraged to give this hour to yourself, infants are welcome.

    **Now available both in-person and via live stream for added flexibility.

    Pelvic Restore

    Wednesdays 6:45pm with Samantha

    Release, relax, and restore your pelvic floor through a gentle blend of myofascial release, restorative yoga, and ending with therapeutic sound of crystal singing bowls.
