Amy Aronson, DPT

Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Owner

A woman with long, wavy ginger hair smiling next to white flowering bushes in front of a red brick building.

Dr. Amy Aronson is a licensed physical therapist, certified yoga instructor, and the founder of Birth & Bloom PT. She holds advanced certification in obstetric physical therapy (CAPP-OB) through the American Physical Therapy Association and specializes in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor care. Amy is known for her holistic, integrative approach, creating a compassionate and empowering space where women feel supported through every stage of their perinatal journey.

Inspired by her own experience of becoming a mother, Amy founded Birth & Bloom in 2022 with a mission to provide women with the resources, community, and personalized care they deserve during this transformational time. She is passionate about elevating the standard of women’s health and advocating for radical self-care as a vital part of healing and growth during pregnancy and postpartum.

When she's not working with clients, Amy finds joy in the simple pleasures of life—reading, tending to her home, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two children, and their beloved Golden Retriever.

Autumn
Terwilliger, DPT

A woman with long brown hair smiling in front of a brick building, surrounded by white flowers.

Autumn is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a foundation in orthopedic care and advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, menstrual health, and obstetric wellness. She works with individuals across the reproductive lifespan, supporting them through challenges like pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and cycle-related dysfunctions.

Her clinical work blends evidence-based practice, whole-body movement, and a trauma-informed approach. Whether someone is navigating the uncertainty of chronic pain, preparing for birth, or healing after delivery, Autumn brings a steady presence and a deep respect for the body’s capacity to adapt and recover.

In addition to her clinical role at Birth & Bloom Physical Therapy, she contributes to local advocacy efforts—including co-founding the Rochester Endometriosis Collective—to help improve care and visibility for people with complex pelvic conditions.

Outside the clinic, she’s often exploring estate sales, adventuring with her children, reading, or listening to a nerdy podcast. She brings a blend of clinical expertise, curiosity, and compassion to her work—and considers it an honor to walk alongside people through such personal and meaningful seasons of life.
