Birth Class
Believe Doulas now offers a class bundle delivering as much interactive, practical, and evidence-based information as possible in one comprehensive class. Our goal is to have families leave feeling empowered to make informed decisions about their pregnancy, labor, delivery, postpartum care, breast/chest feeding, and newborn care. In this class you will learn the signs & stages of labor, comfort measures, potential interventions & pain medications, as well as immediate postpartum. We will also cover what to expect those first few hours, days and weeks for breast/chest feeding and newborn care. Bring all your questions and your partner!

Childbirth Class
Believe Doulas childbirth classes deliver as much interactive, practical, and evidence-based information as possible in 5 hours. Our goal is to have families leave feeling empowered to make informed decisions about their pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Prenatal Yoga & Acupuncture
Join us for an hour of self care. Prenatal Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture. Surrender to the power of deep rest, gently open up your body in preparation for birth, and deepen your connection with your body and your baby.

Stepping Into Your Feminine Power: A weekly series
Come join us in a beautiful safe space to share in community women’s empowerment and divine feminine healing. These empowerment circles will be over the course of 4 sessions (10.26, 11.2, 11.9, 11.16 from 7-8pm). Each session will focus on a different topic related to women’s empowerment and healing modalities. The sessions will focus on topics such as healing your inner child, mindfulness, breathwork guided meditations, self-love exercises, intention and affirmation setting, and intentional goal setting to dive into your true passion and purpose.
