Join us for a deeply nourishing hour of Prenatal Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture designed to support your body, mind, and baby.
Begin with 45 minutes of restorative yoga, led by Amy Aronson, DPT, where you’ll gently open your body in preparation for birth, ease tension, and connect more deeply with yourself and your baby.
Then, melt into a 30-minute acupuncture session with Heather Smith, LAC, crafted to support your changing body, promote relaxation, and encourage balance during pregnancy.
This is your invitation to surrender into rest, replenish your energy, and prepare for the beautiful journey ahead.
