  • "Autumn and Amy at Birth and Bloom changed my postnatal life! Amy completed my eval and Autumn continued my PT journey. They both made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process and gave me a wealth of knowledge. I would recommend them one thousand times over!"

    Elizabeth

  • "Regardless of how your birth story unfolded, if you're a postpartum mama, I suggest having Amy in your corner. Amy was my first contact for my pelvic health after coming out of a very long and difficult labor and delivery. Getting my body in and out of the car for my appointments was in itself quite an endeavor, and it was well worth it. I felt safe and very well cared for. Her space on East Ave is beyond beautiful, and has a very warm and welcoming feel to it, like stepping into an oasis. Mamas, your pelvic health deserves loving support, I highly recommend Amy to support you.”

    Erin

  • "Working with Amy postpartum was the best move I could have made! She worked with me to rebuild my core strength and help to heal my C-section scar. Amy tailored each session to my specific needs and got creative with her resources to give me the best treatments! She is warm and inviting- the perfect person you want in your team before and after having a baby to help navigate your new body."

    Alexis

  • "I've taken the prenatal yoga classes with both Amy and Ally, both of whom are so sweet natured and knowledgeable about the women's pregnant body. I felt safe under their instruction and at ease physically and mentally by the time class was over. The yoga space is also quite beautiful with a peaceful and serene energy to it."

    Melissa

  • "I was lucky enough to be a patient of Amy's during my twin pregnancy and postpartum. She treated me for lower back pain and pelvic floor therapy. Amy is a wealth of knowledge and extremely passionate about supporting women during these times in their lives. I looked forward to our sessions each week to not only have my body feeling better afterwards but also because she makes you feel extremely cared about and has a way of making you feel empowered about the journey that you are on. If you're looking for a physical therapist to support you, she's your girl!"
